The team at ASPECT BUYERS AGENCY
Regional NSW Buyers Agency
Following on and expanding from our successful provision of property consultancy services, Aspect Buyers Agency is now a focused, dedicated arm of Aspect Property Consultancy, who’s sole aim is to service the growing demand from educated purchasers about the importance of impartial property advice, prior to, during and post sale negotiation.
Our honest, impartial and investor focused advice, provides the purchaser with the opportunity to make well educated investment decisions.
Our advice is based on actual market data not from “free information” provided by some web pages that is often inaccurate, or relies solely on data provided from the sales brochure.
Our “on the ground” advantage allows us to identify opportunities; and source the full range of properties, whether it be your first home, investing for a SMSF or an Agricultural aggregation.
