Chris Attenborough

Chris is a registered valuer with twenty years experience in the valuation industry and one of the founding directors of the company. Chris undertakes acquisitions across all sectors of the property industry, with a particular specialisation in broad acre rural properties throughout the Central West of NSW.

Prior to his current position, Chris spent three years as a valuer with the Valuer Generals Department and a further five years as a Senior Valuer with The State Valuation Office. During his time in the industry, Chris has developed a keen understanding of the valuation services industry and has developed excellent relationships within the property industry.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney (Hawkesbury) and a Stock and Station Agents Certificate from the Centre for Agency Licensing Education (CALE). Chris is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

Chris is a former director of the Dubbo City Development Corporation, which is a not for profit entity established to drive economic growth in Regional NSW. Chris is an active member of the Orana Valuer Group; an API endorsed regionally based Valuer’s Study Group focusing on Continued Professional Development.
Chris is a registered Valuer in the state of NSW #4012, and holds Buyer’s Agency Licence # 20076120.

Jamie Gibson

Jamie Gibson

Jamie is a registered valuer with twenty-two years experience and one of the founding directors of the company. Jamie undertakes property consultancy and valuations across all sectors of the property industry, with a particular specialisation in commercial properties throughout the major centres in the Central West.

His previous role involved 18 months as Head of the Residential Mortgage Division of a private provider of valuation services in the Dubbo Region. Prior to this he worked for five years as a senior valuer for the State Valuation Office and as a valuer with the Valuer Generals Department for four years.

During his time in the industry Jamie has experienced a wide variety of work in both the public and private sectors and has developed a keen insight into the workings of both areas of valuation work. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney, Hawkesbury and a Stock and Station Agents Certificate from the Centre for Agency Licensing Education (CALE).

Jamie is an associate member of the Australian Property Institute. Jamie is the current President of the Orana Valuers Group and has sat on the Australian Property Institutes’ Rural Valuers Committee and remains actively involved in the affairs of the Institute.
